1. Document & Calculation Privacy (Zero-Retention Architecture)

Grand Tool Box is designed to execute calculations, compress files, convert formats, edit images, and process documents entirely client-side. When using our calculators or image/PDF tools:

• No Server Uploads: Files, images, and text inputs are parsed directly inside your browser memory using JavaScript and WebAssembly (WASM). No file data or calculations are ever transmitted across the internet to our servers.
• Transient Memory Storage: Processed files remain in active browser memory and are instantly and automatically discarded when you close or refresh the page tab.

2. Log Files and Analytics

Grand Tool Box follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information to ensure high platform uptime and performance.

3. Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other website, Grand Tool Box uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, such as light/dark UI themes, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

• Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
• Request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data. (Grand Tool Box does NOT sell personal data).

7. Children's Information (COPPA)

Grand Tool Box does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.
